Returns

• Returns can be requested within 15 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags, packaging, accessories, and invoice.
• Each order is eligible for one return request only.

Returns Are Not Accepted For

• Used, washed, altered, or damaged products.
• Products returned without original tags, packaging, labels, or accessories.
• Return requests made after 15 days from the date of delivery.
• Free gifts or promotional items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund, where applicable.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and successfully passes our quality inspection.
• Online payments are refunded to the original payment method within 24–48 business hours after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another approved payout method after verification.
• Shipping charges (if any), coupons, discounts, and promotional offer values are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
